--- Don Colladay --- Quantization of CPT-Violating Negative-Energy Cherenkov states --- Certain CPT-Violating Theories naturally give rise to Cherenkov radiation in the vacuum in contrast to the conventional case. While many calculations of Cherenkov radiation rates in CPT-Violating theories are in the literature, the consistent quantization in the rest frame of the radiating particle has not been properly addressed. In this talk, I will present an extended hamiltonian formalism for handling the dispersion relations in an observer covariant manner that makes for a natural quantization of these (negative-energy) states within the context of conventional QFT. ---
